During promotional offer, some rides may not be eligible for consideration due to violation/non-compliance with the terms and conditions of the promo. The ride can be rejected due to any of the following reasons below:
1) The ride needs to be scheduled at least 30 mins before the ride start time/desired travel time.
2) The distance of ride ( between pickup and drop location) is less than 5KM.
3) When start ride or end ride location is 1-2KM far away from the actual pickup and drop point entered in the app while offering the ride.
4) When a request from user is rejected, rider is unlinked, and a request gets auto-cancelled ( i.e no action was taken by ride giver on the request received from the user).
5) If more than 2 rides are completed in a single day. i.e. if 2 rides are already completed in a single day under the promotional offer, the 3rd ride won't be counted under promotional rides.
6) If the promo is under cooling period ( Cooling period activates if promo is completed twice within 8 days), only 1 ride per day will be considered. Any rides above 1 will not be considered within the promo for that day.
Note: In case a ride taker denies to travel after the ride is accepted by the ride giver, the ride giver can unlink the ride and raise a ticket on the support portal. The support team will get in touch with both the ride taker and ride giver and will take appropriate action.
