Why is my account Suspended?

Accounts may be suspended due to various reasons. The following are a few reasons for the same:

1) A high ride cancellation ratio.
2) Consistently receiving poor feedback/ratings from peers.
3) Misconduct such as repeatedly uploading fake documents or using a vehicle not registered with Togopool etc.
4) Overdue payments.  

Account suspension occurs after a thorough review of the available information. If you still disagree, please contact us at support@togopool.com
