I want to update/change my name, email ID and phone number

Currently due to security reasons the phone number cannot be changed due to involvement of wallet funds. However if you switch to a new number, you can create a new account with it.

Note: The funds in wallet from previous account will not be transferred to new account. Make sure to withdraw any pending/withdrawable amount from previous account before creating a new account.

For changing/updating email ID and name, please raise a ticket on support portal or drop an email at [email protected] mentioning the email ID that needs to be updated.
