The profile picture can be changed only after the approval of the admin. This precaution is taken to ensure the user's authenticity and uphold safety standards for fellow commuters. Follow the steps below for the same:
Step 1: Go to " profile ".
Step 2: Select " View profile "
Step 3: Click on the edit option located in the right corner next to name, email, and phone number.
Step 4: Click on the camera icon on the profile picture.
Step 5: Capture your clear selfie and click on upload.
Step 6: A confirmation message will pop up mentioning "Profile picture sent for approval". After authentication, the admin will verify the profile picture.
The admin will authenticate the photo and approve the profile picture after authentication. This process may take a few days.
*Note: A user can change profile picture up to a maximum of 4 times. After that, a ticket needs to be raised on the support portal to change the profile picture.
*Note: In case of any mismatch, the request may be rejected. Please ensure to upload the selfie as per the verification document. Any pictures other than selfies such as passport-size photos or random pictures, and images are subject to rejection.
