Driver Verification

Driver verification is essential when a user wants to offer a carpool. To initiate the process , the user needs to " Add a new vehicle ". To ensure the authenticity of the driver, the Driving license of the Ride offeror/ Driver needs to be verified. Here is the video link for the same : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WnxW2moXlI8 . Follow the steps outlined below for driver document verification :

Step 1: Go to " My profile " by clicking on the name in the menu tab.

Step 2: Select " Profile verification ".

Step 3: Select " Driver Verification "

Step 4: In the dialogue box select the type of driving license ( One sided or 2 sided).

Step 5: Click on " Capture photo " and follow the steps as instructed to upload the picture.

Step 6: Click on Submit after confirming the details.

Congratulations! Your Driver verification is successful. You can now proceed to add vehicles for offering rides.

Note*: If for any reason the system cannot verify your documents, the Togopool system administrator will manually review and verify them. In such cases, you need to re-upload the documents under the "Driver verification" Tab. Once the documents are uploaded, please allow a few days for the system administrator to review and verify your documents. In case of any issues, feel free to drop an email at support@togopool.com.

Please ensure the uploaded images are visibly clear. In case of any discrepancies or unclear images, the documents will be rejected, and the user would require to re-upload them.
