How to Deactivate/Delete account?

We regret to hear that you wish to deactivate/delete your Togopool account.

If you have any issues related to our services or app, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are here to help you resolve any issues you may have.

Still, if you wish to deactivate/delete your account, please follow the steps below:


For Android users :


- Select " Profile "



-Click on "Notifications"



- Click on the "settings" icon in the right top corner of the screen.


- Select " Delete account " at the bottom of the screen.


- Select " Delete my account now ". You can enter Feedback in the box above ( optional ).


- Select "OK"  to confirm the account deleting request.  



For IOS users :


- Go to "Profile" tab.


- Select " View profile".



- Select "Privacy preferences".


- Under Privacy preferences, select "Delete account".


- Select " You're about to delete your account ". You can also provide feedback in the box above ( Optional).



The account will be permanently deleted in 30 days and cannot be recovered thereafter.
