How do I contact the Ride giver/ Ride taker?

After sending the Offer/Join request, both the Ride taker and Ride giver can connect using the in-app messaging feature located in the bottom left corner of the user's request details, before the ride is accepted. 


After the ride is accepted, Both can contact each other using the call option. To find the same, Navigate to My rides > Accepted / scheduled ride > click on "View customers" > click on call icon. 

Note: If user has disabled permission to display his contact number, he cannot be called and can be reached out only via in app messaging.
