Please ensure the following:
- Ensure that the number entered is correct, without any prefixes like "0" or "+91".
- Try the send OTP via WhatsApp option.
- Wait for at least 5 minutes.
- Check with your network service provider if you have an active SMS pack or not.
You can also receive OTP on your WhatsApp ( if the number used while registration is registered on WhatsApp). Select the option " Send OTP via WhatsApp "
If you continue to have issues with receiving the Activation code/OTP, please send us an email at support@togopool.com, and we will provide you with an activation code.
