I did not receive the corporate verification email/verification link not working.

If you haven't received the email, it might be due to one of the following reasons:


1) In some cases the email might have landed in the spam folder of the mailbox. Please check the junk/spam folders in the mailbox. 

2) Email IDs from domains like Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc. are not considered for Corporate verification. Only company domains will be considered for the verification process.

3) Check with your company IT team, if they are filtering out emails from @togopool.com or blocking all emails from external domains. You can request your IT team to remove @togopool.com from the blocked domain list. 


Still, in case email verification fails due to any above reasons, you can get your corporate verification through a corporate document like Corporate ID. Refer to the FAQ " Corporate verification through corporate document" for more info or refer to the following video link or article :
